Teach NOVA
Staff add phrases and publish library articles. NOVA answers from those plus shareable IEDP notes when a valid access code is present.
1. Phrases
Desk → AC NOVA Phrase. Put trigger words on one line (meltdown overwhelmed shutdown). Write the response in plain language. Set context (Meltdown, Homework, IEDP…). Tick Active.
2. Articles
Desk → AC Knowledge Article. Status must be Published and “NOVA may quote” ticked or NOVA will still read published titles.
3. Named child
Desk → AC NOVA Access Code. Link learner display name + shareable IEDP/ISP notes + expiry. Family types code ABC123 in the floating bot.
4. Try it
Open any public page. Use the NOVA face at the bottom right. Ask “what do I do in a meltdown” then “code TEST” once you have issued a code.
